For helium products: helium retention and actual floating ability are treated as separate performance questions. Shape, usable gas volume, product weight, valve condition and accessories can influence floating performance, so new or critical custom shapes should be validated by sample testing.

1. What is the MOQ for fully custom foil balloons?＋

Fully custom foil balloons start from 5,000 pcs per design. Regular stock items and packaging-only projects follow different MOQ rules.

2. Can you make custom shape foil or mylar-style balloons?＋

Yes. Shape, usable gas chamber, sealing edge, valve position and expected weight are reviewed before tooling or production. Some designs may be better suited to air than helium.

3. What artwork do you need for custom printed foil balloons?＋

A vector file is preferred for final production, but a sketch, reference image or written brief is enough for the first feasibility review.

4. What private-label packaging options are available?＋

FoilJoy can coordinate bulk / OPP, envelope, single-card and folded-card packaging, together with barcode, warning text and accessories based on the confirmed order.

5. How do you control quality before shipment?＋

Checks may include printing alignment, valve placement, heat sealing, inflation / leakage behavior, appearance, packaging match, barcode / label information and carton quantity.

6. Can you support CE or EN 71 documentation?＋

Documentation is product-specific. Tell us the balloon type and destination market first, and we will review which existing reports or additional testing may apply.

7. Which markets do you support for wholesale and private label?＋

FoilJoy supports professional buyers in Europe and the UK, the United States and Canada, GCC / Middle East markets and other export destinations.

8. Can you support repeat wholesale orders after the first production?＋
