Custom Foil Balloon Production: Lead Times and Shipping
For custom foil balloon production, FoilJoy targets 10 factory production days after final artwork and order approval. New cutting tools, sample approval, international shipping and customs are additional steps—not part of a guaranteed ten-day door-to-door delivery.
Six production steps
- Agree on flat size, shape, quantity per design and air versus helium use.
- Approve one- or two-sided print files, colors, seal edges and valve position.
- Evaluate a sample for new shapes or flotation requirements where necessary.
- Print film, install valves, heat-seal and die-cut.
- Inspect print quality, seams, leakage and packing quantities.
- Pack into 1pc/OPP, 50pcs/OPP, single-card, folded-card or envelope options.

Import readiness matters
For EU deliveries, GPSR importer obligations can apply, depending on the product; toy rules must be checked separately where applicable. Avoid equating a factory completion date with customs clearance.

Do ten days include delivery to my warehouse?
No. The stated target starts after final order and artwork approval and concerns factory production only.
Does a helium-retaining balloon always float?
No. Gas lift must exceed film, ink, valve and accessory weight.
