South American balloon landed cost combines product, country packaging, certification, freight, duty, broker and port charges—not just the factory price.
“The low unit price disappeared after a document correction and storage charge.”
South American landed costs for custom foil balloons include ex-factory product, print tooling, shipping, country labeling, brokerage, tariffs and taxes. Do not apply one country’s price to the whole continent. New FoilJoy custom designs require 5,000 pcs per design.
Brazil: Artesam lists R$ 4.37 per 20-inch foil balloon at 6,000 units with one-side/one-color printing. This is a Brazilian supplier’s published tier, not FoilJoy pricing. Colombia: El Gran Balcón lists an unprinted 18-inch foil balloon for COP 2,000 retail (COP 1,500 at six or more). These goods differ in print, quantity and service: compare like-for-like before estimating margins.

Model total landed cost and calendar risk by country and SKU. Keep assumptions visible and update them before every order.

Tariffs, taxes and port charges can change. Classification and import requirements belong to the local importer and broker, not a generic supplier estimate.

FoilJoy’s MOQ for fully customized foil balloons is 5,000 pcs per design. Factory production targets 10 days after final artwork and order approval, excluding new tooling, sample approval, shipping and customs. Standard stock balloons and packaging-only changes are quoted separately. Request specifications-based pricing.
Send the destination country, product, artwork, quantity per design, packaging requirements and required delivery date. We will separate approval, production, conformity and logistics milestones in the quotation.
Fixed testing, documentation and freight costs are spread across fewer pieces.
Only if the agreed Incoterm explicitly includes it; confirm with the importer and broker.
The importer should sequence approvals so goods are not completed without a workable import route.
