Before asking for a Declaration of Conformity, determine whether the item is a toy, an ordinary decoration or an LED/electrical product. A CE declaration is appropriate only under legislation requiring it. Link model number, manufacturer, applicable legal acts, test evidence and label artwork; do not copy a certificate from a different balloon.
