For products classified as children’s toys, check CPSC toy-safety requirements and the exact ASTM F963 scope. Ordinary party decor should not automatically be characterized as a toy. Check importer information, warnings, carton and shipping documents for the specific product. Send an RFQ with flat size, artwork, print sides, quantity and packaging.
